Helen Walsh is a novelist and screenwriter. KIRKUS gave her first novel Pull Focus a starred review and named it to their Best of 2022 Mysteries & Thrillers List. It was also named to several other year-end/best-of lists.
In her screenwriting, Walsh specializes in murdering people and making audiences laugh. She’s written five original pilots – two dramas, two half-hour comedies and a procedural. In the past year, they’ve placed in the Semi or Quarter Finals in TV writing competitions including Austin Film Festival, Table Read My Screenplay, Outstanding Screenplays and Shore Scripts. And in the Top 3% on Coverfly plus been featured in their Top 20 and Red Lists.

Workplace comedy set in a LA gym that’s long on reputation (and cameo appearances) but short on cash. It revolves around physiotherapist Georgia and her ex-NFL partners Nathan and Larry, plus regular trainers and clients who find family in this most unexpected of places.
