Helen Walsh, CEO
Helen Walsh is a novelist, screenwriter and producer.
Walsh is founder of the literary mentoring organization Diaspora Dialogues where she has worked with hundreds of writers across diverse communities. Previously she was a festival director, and magazine publisher. Walsh also publishes a popular Substack newsletter, Letterbox: Bookish & Filmish.
For a decade, she attended the G7 summits as accredited media, tracking issues including the transnational crime and migration ones sometimes explored in her writing, as well as culture. She’s interacted with a wide range of society including political leaders, intelligence agencies, think-tanks, cultural institutions, business CEOs and more – all of which inform her writing.
Walsh holds Canadian, UK and Irish/EU citizenship and brings an international co-production focus to Walsh Rarebit.
